Silverwood Farms Sourdough Bagels are a traditional New York style boiled bagel. We hand roll all our bagels, boil them, and then top them three ways for the perfect chewy and tender bagel, just waiting for your favorite schmear. 

Ingredients: flour, water, salt, yeast, oil (toppings as listed)

 

-Product quantity: 6 bagels per pack

 

-Use within 3 days of purchase, or slice and freeze. Bagels can be toasted from frozen.
